Who we are

Cruisy Farm Agents (Cruisy) runs cruisyfarms.com. This page explains what we collect when you join the waiting list, what we do with it, and how to get it changed or deleted.

What we collect

When you join the waiting list we ask for your name, email address and phone number, what best describes you, and whether you are connected to a farm.

If you use the contact form to see our details, we ask for your name, email address and phone number, and keep anything you choose to tell us.

If you go on to answer the farm questions, we keep those answers too: where you farm, what you run, how you do the bookwork now, and anything else you choose to tell us.

We also note the page you signed up from and the site that sent you there. We count visits to the site without cookies and without knowing who you are.

What we use it for

To contact you about Cruisy and a spot when one opens up, and to shape what we build around the farms that have asked for it.

If you tick the box to hear from us, we will send you occasional emails about Cruisy. You can stop them at any time: just reply and ask.

We do not sell your details, and we do not hand them to anyone to market to you.

Where it is kept

Your details are stored in Kaneo, the system we use to run Cruisy, which runs on our own server with Hostinger and keeps its data in a database run by Supabase. Our emails are sent through Resend and the site is hosted by Vercel. These services may store or process information outside Australia, and each of them keeps it secure under their own privacy terms.

Only the Cruisy team can see your answers.

Seeing, changing or deleting your details

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. The same goes for taking you off the waiting list.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your details, tell us first and we will put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
